We offer flexible midterm stays ranging from one month to six months or longer. If you need an extended stay, feel free to discuss your specific needs with us.
Yes, all utilities, wifi and furnishings are included in the rent, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable stay.
Yes, you can extend your stay if the unit is available. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your extension, as availability is subject to prior bookings.

When you are ready to make a booking we have a super simple 3-step leasing process:
- Screening: We'll email you a screening check. It costs $40 one-time and includes a soft credit pull (won't affect your credit score) and a criminal background check.
- Lease: After screening, we'll email you the lease agreement for your required dates to review and sign.
- Payment: Once the lease is signed, you will just need to submit the security deposit and first month's rent. We accept payment in many different methods for your convenience!
We require a smaller security deposit than traditional rentals. Many of our properties only require a refundable security deposit as little as $500 with some properties requiring a deposit of $1,000+.
All of our properties come COMPLETELY furnished. This includes ammenties such as bed sheets, towels, linens, kitchen essentials such as pots and pans, etc. Our properties are ready for you to move in and start living!
